Contract Documentation

Contract documentation is combining all the decisions and solutions with the assistance of the consultant team. GDD coordinate the team to ensure the Clients objectives are still satisfied, whilst overcoming building constraints and regulations. This results in a set of drawings and documents which detail the extent of works to be carried out by a Contractor. The documents can be used call tenders, apply for a building permit and allow construction to begin.
